Walt Mossberg, Personal Technology Columnist for the Wall Street Journal released his review of the new Blackberry Storm last week. You can read it here and also watch a short video where he uses the phone and discusses its strengths and weaknesses vs. the iPhone.
He also provides this handy chart I pasted above that compares the Storm, iPhone and G1. Having read the article and watching the video it’s clear that he likes the device.
“Overall, the Storm is a very capable handheld computer that will appeal to BlackBerry users who have been pining for a touch-controlled device with a larger screen. And it offers yet another good option for anyone who is looking to buy one of the new, more powerful, pocket computers.”
I haven’t played with one yet but hope to soon. Personally I love my Blackberry Curve and am not convinced I would prefer to have any type of touch screen instead of a full keyboard.
